Tamara Rizzi
Tamara Rizzi grew up in St. George, UT, where she developed a love for sports, dancing, adventures, and all things design. She attended the University of Utah for both her undergraduate and graduate studies, initially studying architecture before life events led her to pursue a career in healthcare. She received a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and became a certified Pilates instructor for both clinical and studio settings.
In addition to her healthcare career, Tamara is also an accomplished athlete, having competed in 8 Ironman triathlons and qualifying for and competing in the Kona Hawaii world championships in 2015. She competed in LOTOJA (Logan, UT to Jackson Hole, WY) bike race in 2022 in Women’s class 4/5 and took 3rd in the 206-mile race. She is competitive, driven and knows resilience and how to persevere in difficult circumstances.
After having a few bad experiences with realtors, she decided to leave the healthcare field to pursue a career in Real Estate where she knew she could elevate the level of service and care for her clients by holding herself to higher standards. She quickly found success in the real estate industry, receiving Rookie of the Year her first year and earning rave reviews from clients ever since.
Tamara is passionate about delivering exceptional service to her clients and is determined to educate them on the process of buying or selling homes. She is committed to partnering with other industry leaders to provide impeccable service. Jay Macklin

Jay is the Co-founder and designated Broker of Platinum Living Realty based in Scottsdale. Jay has spent more than 25 years in Marketing and Business Development. Jay grew up in the Automotive capital of the world, Detroit, Michigan and moved to the Valley from Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1996. Prior to Real Estate, he spent 18 years in corporate transportation sales, acquiring numerous awards and achieving the highest recognition in industry sales and sales management. With a passion for agent growth and development, Jay focuses most of his days helping agents build, maintain and grow a sustainable real estate business by way of multiple pillar creation and business planning. Jay truly wants to see his agents grow and prosper along with the company.
After scoring in the top 1% in his Broker school class, Jay along with his wife Michelle decided to start Desert Platinum Properties in 2010. With only 10 agents on January 7th 2013 Jay & Michelle converted Desert Platinum Properties to a franchised real estate company. Fast forward a few years, as of April 2022, Platinum Living Realty has grown to 4 offices across Arizona and California with over 150 agents and is fast becoming the Market Share leader in each of their respective locations.

Michelle has extensive experience in the Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Carefree, Fountain Hills, Phoenix, Chandler and Ahwatukee real estate markets as well as intimate local area knowledge. She works extensively to help buyers and sellers meet their real estate goals. Michelle has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and worked in the corporate world for 15 years, ten of which were with Paychex, Inc. Michelle started her real estate in Scottsdale, where she was Rookie of the Year, a distinguished member of the “Platinum Club,” “Hall of Fame” and “Lifetime Achievement” and was consistently ranked as one the top 5 agents. In 2010, Michelle and her husband Jay, co-founded Desert Platinum Properties, LLC dba Platinum Living Realty where they have grown the company to 150 agents and 3 locations. Michelle oversees the operations of the brokerage but her true passion is still working with Buyers & Sellers.

When Michelle is not helping her clients buy or sell real estate, she enjoys the wonderful attractions of Scottsdale. Colin has worked in the Marketing industry for 15+ years, gaining experience in Brand Development, Brand Recognition, Graphic and Product Design, and Marketing. As a seasoned marketing director he is passionate about advancing the brand, design, and recognition of Platinum Living Realty and the real estate agents that he serves. Outside of the office, Colin enjoys spending his time with his wife, daughter, and 2 boys. When not with his family he can be found enjoying the many amazing views on Arizona golf courses, and a fishing his golf balls out of water hazards.
Amber Nicoletti
Transaction Coordinator
Having worked in the administrative and management field for most of Amber’s life, she decided to seek a fresh challenge after relocating from the Bay Area to Prescott almost 15 years ago. Real Estate caught her attention for being a field that required high-level negotiations and contracts, and she joined one of Northern Arizona’s most prominent teams, Klein Properties and Investments. Although she obtained a license and started working as an agent, she soon discovered that her best virtues lay in the service and organization of an agent’s clients and teams.
As a result, she quickly transitioned into the position of Concierge-style transaction coordination, a style not commonly seen in the industry. She efficiently handled hundreds of transactions, communicated with agents, their clients, Title, and Lenders, scheduled appointments, coordinated and organized the entire process. Her attention to detail earned her an “Over Compliant” rating by ADRE in an audit review.
She values and appreciates everyone’s time and understands that it is a gift. While embracing current technology, she still engages in old-fashioned activities such as answering the phone, listening carefully, and being responsive to everyone’s needs.
