The Biltmore boundaries include the area between Piestewa Peak Preserve to the North, Campbell Road to the South and from 16th Street to 32nd Street in Phoenix. The core of the Biltmore is a luxurious community near 24th Street and Camelback just Northeast of downtown offering multi-million-dollar estates, along with townhouses, lofts, condos and villas.
The upscale neighborhoods and financial district that encompass the Biltmore are quaintly situated around the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa. This Resort was made famous when the Wrigley’s bought the resort in the 1930s and movie stars and politicians made it their preferred luxury oasis. The Resort does have a strong Frank Lloyd Wright influence, however, he was not the architect of the Resort. The Wrigley Mansion is also worth the stop as it sits atop a small mountain close to the Resort with views of the Valley; you can enjoy a nice meal at the Wright House. Directly South of the Resort you can find the Biltmore Golf Course that is surrounded by sprawling estates with varied and interesting architecture.
