The North Central Corridor stretches from Camelback Road to Northern and from 7th Avenue to 7th Street. It embodies large ranch homes with deep irrigated lots. A huge draw is its proximity to the historic Murphy’s Bridle Path. The path dates to the 1800s and was used for travel by horses but now is commonly used for biking and jogging or walking. There are multiple historic districts around this corridor. These neighborhoods are walkable to local grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. Windsor is a personal favorite for their backyard patio and Bloody Mary bar during Sunday brunch.
The Central Corridor is bound by Camelback Road to its North and McDowell Road to the South between 7th Avenue and 7the Street. There are multiple historic districts around these areas as well; Medlock Place, Coronado ,and Wilo are few popular districts. These neighborhoods offer downtown living with a small-town neighborhood feel. Many will hold block parties and are close-knit communities. Great location for those working downtown or needing quick freeway access.
