One of the most notable courses is the par-54 championship course. No.7 at Desert Mountain is the latest and last edition to the community. These private courses are the foundation of the 31 villages that make up Desert Mountain.
If you are wanting to live in Desert Mountain it is a good idea to apply for a membership prior to beginning a home search since properties here are deed restricted and require a membership to the club prior to closing on a home. It is generally a 30+day application process. There are three different levels of membership which allow you to use the amenities at Desert Mountain to varying degrees. Besides the 8 golf courses, there 10 dining options, 2 clubhouses, personal and private trails for hiking and horseback riding, tennis courts, Pilates studios, pickle ball courts, a spa, fitness club, croquet, and numerous swimming pools. The concierge team is available to plan events such as shopping trips, get major league tickets, theater performances, fine dining reservations, and more.
